Sprouted green gram fry

Ingredients
Green gram – ¼ kg
Green chillies – 3-4
Onion – 1 (Medium Size)
Tomato – 1
Salt to taste
Method
Bring green gram into sprouts. Prepare the seasoning. Add chopped green chillies, onion and tomoto one after the other. Add the sprouted green gram and salt. Fry this for 2-3 mins.
