Thick Avalakki – 2 Cups
Curd – 1 Cup
Sugar – 1 spoon (Optional)
Salt to taste
For seasoning
Oil – 2 spoons
Majjige Mena – 2-3
Sesame – 1 spoon
Urad Dal – 1 spoon
Fenugreek – 1 pinch
Method
Soak the beaten rice in water for 10 mins. Remove the water and add the curd, salt and sugar. Add the seasoning.
