Ingredients
Mangalore cucumber – 1
Sesame Seeds – 2 spoons (Fry it and prepare the powder)
Ghee – 3 spoons
Grated Jaggry – 2 spoons
Grated coconut – 3 spoons
Salt to taste

Method
Cut the Mangalore cucumber into small pieces (by removing skin and the inner part). Heat the ghee in a tawa add the urad dal, mustard seeds, red chillies (3-4) for seasoning. Add the cucumber cut pieces and salt. Once the cucumber is cooked, add jaggry, coconut and sesame powder and cook it for 10 more minutes.
